Leave your bag out
Any bag works. A trash bag is fine. Our driver picks it up between 7am and 11am. You don't need to be home.
Get it back folded
Washed, dried, and folded by our staff. Delivered the next day. You're charged when the order is ready.

Priced by the pound. Delivery is free.
No service fees. No delivery fees. You pay for the weight of your laundry. 15 lb minimum per order.
A 13-gallon trash bag holds about 15 to 20 lbs.

Some services send your laundry to whoever takes the job. We don't. Your order is picked up in a marked Fresh van by a full-time Fresh employee.

Questions
Do I have to be home?
No. Leave your bag in a safe spot. Put gate codes and where to look in your order notes.
When do you pick up and deliver?
Every day, 7am to 11am. Same window for pickup and return. You get a text with your ETA that morning.
When do I get it back?
The next day, between 7am and 11am. You can pick a later return day when you schedule.
How do I pay?
Add a card when you schedule. It's charged when your order is ready. You get a text with the weight and total.
What should I put my laundry in?
Any bag. Most first-time customers use a trash bag. We label it at pickup.
Do you dry clean?
No, we do not offer dry cleaning. Please only send items that are safe to be machine washed and dried.
Can I change or skip a recurring pickup?
Every order includes a confirmation text with a link to make changes to your pickup.
What if something's wrong?
