Put it in any bag. Our driver picks it up between 7am and 11am. You don't need to be home.

Washed and dried. Returned between 7am and 11am in a zippered storage bag. You're charged when the order is ready.
Who does your laundry
Handled by people. Not an app.
Some services send your laundry to whoever takes the job. We don't. Your order is picked up in a marked Fresh van by a full-time Fresh employee.
It is washed in our own private processing facilities in Chicago and Northwest Indiana. Your order is never mixed with another customer's. Premium detergents. Ozone sanitation on every order.

Questions
Do I have to be home?
No. Leave your bag on your porch or in a safe spot. You can put gate codes and instructions for our driver in your order notes.
When do you pick up and deliver?
Every day, 7am to 11am, for both pickup and return. That morning we text your stop number and ETA. You get another text when you're the next stop and when your order is picked up or delivered.
When do I get it back?
The next day, between 7am and 11am, in a zippered storage bag.
How do I pay?
Add a card when you schedule. It's charged when your order is ready. $19 per comforter, with no delivery fee.
What should I put it in?
Any bag. A trash bag is fine. We label it at pickup.
What comforters can you clean?
Any size, twin to king. Down or synthetic. It has to be machine washable, so check the care tag. We do not dry clean.
Can you clean bedding after someone's been sick?
Yes. Every order goes through ozone sanitation. Strip the bed, bag it, and leave it out. It comes back clean the next day.
Can I book only a comforter?
Yes. There is no minimum for comforters. Book one or several. You can add regular laundry to the same pickup at $2.25 per pound.
Is there a missed pickup fee?
We text you a reminder the night before and again the morning of pickup. If there's no laundry out and no answer at the door, our driver tries to contact you before leaving. If we still can't reach you, there's a $10 missed pickup fee. Need a different day? Change it from the link in your confirmation text.
